I’ve found some gas or fluid, which killed me, but I have no idea what it is. At first I thought it’s oil, but now I think it’s gas, but I have no clue what kind of gas it is.
It says it’s just a fluid spring.

Should be natural gas.

Yep Natural Gas, mostly Methane. Most Hazmat Suits from other Mods will protect from it. (obviously there is a dedicated gt6 suit too ofc)

Yes, I tried it myself. Luckily I had one biochemical suit for swamp-diving, lol. So I was able to retrieve my items ASAP; without it I could tell goodbye to my stuff, because I fell right in the center of a gas well 
(and after that I died again by falling in the shaft, xd).
