Tier of USB Stick and HDD

I found that there seems to be no difference between the USB of 1.0 and 2.0, 3.0 and 4.0 in terms of use, only the materials are different. The only difference in function is that material replication data can only be stored in the USB of 3.0 and 4.0. Other data, such as book contents, maps, crafting recipe blueprints and block surface textures, can be stored in any tier of USB. Although this is not a big problem in function, I think it is a failure in the gameplay design.


Yep, that is basically it, enabling tiering was maybe not a good Idea for that one. But it does not matter in practice so nothing to do about that.
