I found several GT dungeons in the superflat in creative mode, and found that there might be wax crates in Gem State in the warehouse that could not be opened with crowbar or unboxinator. Also, I generated crates of Blizz, blitz and basalz powder without thermal expansion, but they had no use without TE.

I see you have not been updating GregTech at all recently, this seems to be a theme with you. The Wax Gem Crates have been fixed quite a while ago, and the Blizz/Blitz/Basalz Crates are intended to exist in those Dungeons.

OK, thanks. Blizz and basalz powders are useful now, but Blitz is still useless. What’s more embarrassing is that as a powder representing the “wind” element, I really can’t think of where it should be used. Even in te, its purpose is only to fill viaduct and Reactant Dynamo. I can’t think of any good use in GT.
In addition, pyrotheum can be used as fuel for heat exchangers.
