Did you hit the “Usage” Key on a Pipe that had a Cover on it? That might be the Output of a Pipe with a “Cover” on it, which somehow got cached.
The Pressure Valve Nozzle thing IS a Cover by the way.

Yes, probably it was a pipe with with a pressure valve, because it would not stack with other pipes.
And I was thinking where did that valve gone…
BTW that recipe was showed in NEI, not from that pipe.
Okay yeah, you looked at the Recipe that had the Pressure Valve Cover attached to it, which is some weird combo of User Error and Bad UI Design. XD
I will consider this solved, and also make sure Pipes with Covers will not look like they are “connected to the front and back” when in Item Form.
