What? If efficiency is 66.66% it will output 48 * 0.6666 = 32 ru/t. Make a setup like this:
Bronze burning box(24 hu/t) --> bronze boiler (48 steam/t) —> bronze steam turbine --> axle with a tachometer sensor --> something that consumes ru. And look at the tachometer. It will show more than 16 if placed next to the turbine.
