I cannot find resin holes on some of my planted rubber trees. I’ve tried to use a hand drill to drill a hole(since the tooltip mention it) but there’s no use. Is it normal?

Yep some Rubber Trees are without Holes, chop down and plant another to try again. The Saplings are not a rare drop like they are in IC2.
And the drilling Hole thing is for SAP not RESIN, there is an actual botanical difference between those two. (sap = tree blood, resin = tree secretion)
