Questions about Mechaenetia's Mod loading

I wonder how would Mechaenetia deal with mods when connecting to different servers.
In Minecraft, we need to start the game with different modpacks, to play in servers with different mods, for example a GT6 server and a GTNH server,then there will be plenty of duplicated files, such as forge, IC2 and MC itself. I don’t think it’s a good style of modding.
I think it’s a good idea to load mods like dynamic link libs, that only need to be loaded when they’re in certain configs, and those configs depend on local saves and added servers. Is rust able to do so, and will Mechaenetia use such method?

Its gonna be a better method than even factorio uses right now. So it is gonna be nice. minecraft really is not the model of modding anyone should do…

could i get more info, like what library will be used?
