In one of the first OpenBlocks quest where you build a smeltery everything except for grout can be detected by the questing book. I do not remember if this happen in the last versions of the game or not. I have tried everything I can think of. is there anything I can do to fix it?

Uhh what are you talking about? Grout does not exist in GregTech, that is a Tinkers Construct Item. If anything this is likely a Questing Book Issue. Maybe you just did a typo in the Name for Grout?
