Does Gregtech support automation with Buildcraft(LogisticsPipes) and Applied energistics 2 mods? Is it possible to organize an autocraft with the help of their pipes and wires?

Absolutely.
I’m currently building out tons of automatic crafting in Devouring Darkness with AE2. No Logistics Pipes, but I believe they would work too.
GT6 has lots of integration with AE2, including updated recipes.
