There are too few information, so I can’t help.
I recommend to use the mod called “Opis” to search why your lag was caused.
Basically lag is caused by Botania because of the visual effects.

info is when i just start a new world my fps is 4 to 8 making it unplayable for me
but running gt new horizon works fine for my computer

Well, it’s too strange because there is too few blocks on the new world and there is not lag source.
Do you get this issue every time?

Is it possible to remove the characters from the loading screen? The modpack is freezing on loading at:
Rendering Setup - Loading Entity Fien
I cannot see the rest because there an anime girl standing over it.

There might be a Config Option to disable it somewhere, I dont exactly know which Mod does it, but I guess it has a fitting Name.

I wasn’t able to remove the anime girl but removing liteloader resolved the freezing issue so ill take the accidental win.

with all due to respect to the original author and his work, i do not suggest playing this modpack as it’s outdated.
