I made a compact aqua regia chain with a single mixer, but it stalls shortly after starting. The mixer won’t perform recipes even though there is valid input. I’m assuming the mixer is attempting to perform one of the possible recipes for which the input is insufficient, but it won’t mix the other inputs that would produce the missing fluid. Is this how the mixer works? Is the order of the recipes it will try to perform known?

Yep, first found Recipe is the selected one, you cant just cheap out on either Machines or Exact-Mode-Hoppers for the Inputs.
