Matter Overdrive and Cyberware Support

Hi! Im a huge fan of GregTech 6, and I’ve spent almost 2 years in it. Im also a fan of futuristic mod support(like these two)

is it possible that GregTech 6 adds similar endgame items (and, of course, GT-like crafting recipe)to complete the GregTech universe?

Didn’t I already do Matter Overdrive? I should probably look at it again just to see if there is something to do or not.

I looked through both Mods and tweaked some things in the whole Tritanium and Dilithium Worldgen. I might add a way to do the Isolinear Circuits in my Machines but apart from that there isn’t much for me to do.
