I’m not sure, if this is gt recipe, but I decided to ask about it first, cause there are too many config files to search in.

What the actual fuck… How the hell does Thaumcraft not sort the Recipes right…
Edit: So Thaumcraft somehow PRIORITIZES regular Crafting Recipes in its OWN arcane Crafting Table instead of checking for Arcane Recipes first… There might be a way to hack it with ASM, but I am not sure how to do that one…

A quick and dirty fix for this specific problem would be to use TC4tweaks
https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/tc4tweaks
and disable regular crafting recipes in the arcane table. It will fix the issue in the meantime.

No need to, I fixed it in GT6, and you can still use it for normal Crafting too! I just replace any “Opened GUI” of that Table with my own now. No ASM needed even!
The moment you add a Wand to it that has enough Vis to craft whatever you need, it will switch from Vanilla Recipes to Thaumcraft Recipes.
Edit: I would love to release that fix right away, but I am still waiting on someone to finally test the log4j vulnerability detector, which needs not only an outdated Java Version that is over 4 years old, but also a vulnerable log4j version…

(no, it isn’t. This happens without tc4tweaks too, and I don’t think I have other mods, that might do something with arcane worktable)

OH I SEE WHAT HAPPENED!
You had pre-existing Stuff inside the Table and THAT somehow messed up synchronisation, so uhh if you dump all items in at once without closing the GUI, will it still work normally? Ofcourse making sure the Table is empty beforehand.

It doesn’t work again. I did ctrl+f5 on the secret version page, so it shouldn’t be cached version (I guess?). I’ve tried clean arcane table also.

Trying to look for mod that interrupt the process, pure pack with gt+thaum works correctly.
Oh no it doesn’t, I’ve enabled stable version of GT. Testing version + thaum + nei → arcane table is broken.

Okay I will scrap that fucked up fix. I got a new fix. I found out I can check if my Crafting Recipe is used inside the Arcane Table and just make it not return a result when that is the case. I will only do that for the Shapeless Nugget/Chunk/Billet/Ingot/Block etc Recipes, so please report future Recipe Conflicts too. 
I will check out https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/tc4tweaks and see if it is recommendable. ^^

I don’t know is it good or not with optimization parts (it’s kinda good, but sometimes arcane table optomization isn’t that convenient). But thats not the reason I like the mod. Bigger gui of the book and ability to scroll aspects on research table is very useful. Researching is hell without it. I even thought to incrase research table gui somehow (but I have never did modding in minecraft before, so I probably wouldn’t do it now, lol)
