Logistics: The Use of Input and Output Buses for Liquids

I use a liquid input and output bus, but it doesn’t seem to work.
As in the picture, I want to use the input bus to transfer chlorine from the railcraft water storage tank to the logistics network and to the burnmixer. But it doesn’t work.
By the way, do multiy electrolytes seem to output only objects and fluids in the electrolyte box itself? I tried to connect the pipe to other boxes and it couldn’t output properly.

Did you put Fitlers into the Liquid Import, or did you use a Generic Import? Filtering is important for the specialised Busses.

I use a filter bus and an open square chlorine tank as the bus marker.

Just a quick check, you are connecting to a railcraft valve block on the tank right?

Yes, I can successfully drain the liquid by placing the pipe under the valve.
But I can’t use output bus and logistics cable.

Import = Takes from Tank
Export = Puts into Tank

And if you use an Item Bus or a Fluid Bus instead of using a Generic one, you HAVE to provide a Filter, you cannot operate those Filterless!!!

I checked that I placed the filter fluid input bus (marked chlorine) under the valve of the tank.
Connecting the burnmixer is placed on the filter fluid output bus (also marked with chlorine)
But chlorine cannot be extracted from the tank and transported to the combustion chamber.

Dumb question, whats the RANGE of your logistics core?

Logistics Core Tell me 27

So uhh the Electrolyzer also has Chlorine in the Filter? And the Power is sufficient too?

3 Likes

Yes, chlorine labeled in filters
The energy of the electrolyser is sufficient.
What I would like to say more about electrolysers is that only the electrolyser box itself will output objects and fluids, and when I operate on other blocks, it will not output.
I was even more curious about why I could not remove chlorine from RC tanks and transport it to burnmixer.

Try using the generic busses just to see if those work.

It’s like this, but it still can’t be extracted from the electrolyser.
(Magnesium chloride in Mass Storage is manually released

Also the Electrolyzer has regular non-automatic outputs on the top half of the device.

And wait does that mean you cant do ITEMS either with the Logistics Core ?

I think so, because it has only one automatic output matching logistics network.

So what about this part of my question?

3 Likes

Yes, I can’t use it.

So the whole Network somehow doesn’t work at all? I am just making sure that this is the reason.

I can’t use logistics network to extract goods and fluids from electrolytic cells.
Maybe it’s because I’m not connected to the logistics core?
In fact, on the other side of the logistics core, two simple automations are working well.

Attach the 4 CPU Load Covers somewhere to your Logistics System please.

Edit: And maybe add a Screenshot of them showing the Load.
