I found that the logistics tank will still display 0L fluid after the internal fluid is drained. Is this a bug or a deliberate setting?
If this is intentional, how can it be reset so that it can be filled with other kinds of fluids?

Soft Hammer might help? And yes it is a Feature, because the Logistics Tank is that advanced.
