The large squeezer seems to output both items and fluids at the bottom of the controller block.
I don’t see how I can get both outputs out at once though. I tried using an item and fluid extender, but it only seems to pull out either the item or the fluid but not both. Also tried with a hopper underneath the extender. What am I missing? Someone please send help?

Is the Universal Extenders Primary facing pointing at the Machine? If so put a Hopper below the Extender.
Then let the Secondary facing point towards the Fluid Pipe. Then everything should work as expected.
