Hello Greg I think that heat conductors would be very useful thing in gregtech wich will give many possibilities for players. So basically my idea is to make them like long distance pipes(or long distance wires). Just like them they will have endpoints. And of course they should lose the heat units farther you transfer them

Heating pahoehoe lava to lava (for same amount of energy) would likely be enough.
