After building the alter, shift-right clicking the beacon with a terrasteel ingot to summon Gaia Spirit. But
it is prevented that process by gt system of placing ingots on world. Is this reproducible?

I got same issue.
However, placing another ingot next to the beacon and shift-click the beacon with terrasteel from the side where you placed that ingot works fine. If you want to summon now, I suggest to use this way:)

他のインゴットをビーコン前に予め置いておいて、その方角からTerrasteelでビーコンをshiftクリックしたら召還できたので、お急ぎならこの方法を使うといいでしょう。

Wait you need to Shiftclick the Ingot into the Beacon? Not regular Click?
Yeah I’m gonna fix that. Is it a Vanilla MC Beacon?

In that case I just fixed it in code. Dunno if you want till next week for a Release or until the Secret Version in about 10 minutes.
