Title. Earlygame guides say it generates in Rivers, but I’ve been searching for awhile now and have not found any black sand. Does it perhaps only spawn in River Biomes (as named in F3)? In that case, It seems Enhanced Biomes does not spawn rivers. Or is black sand just very rare?

Requires F3 to display River, yes.

Is there a way to tweak Black Sand spawning? It seems Enhanced Biomes replaces most or all river biomes with Biome-specific or Riparian Zones.

Can you give me the names of its River Biomes in F3 right quick? If it has River-like Biomes that is?

The Main River biome is “Riparian Zone”.
The MC Forums post also lists a few “River Biomes” Sub-biomes:
Glacier
Sandstone Canyon
Creek Bed

Okay I fixed the Issue, now Enhanced Biomes Rivers will count as Rivers to GT6, just like most other modded Rivers.
The Change is already in the Test Version found here:
This Version should be working for you. ^^
(note 1: The scary sounding Description is only there to make sure people don’t use that Version lightly.)
