Pictures of the floating farm from the test server. With the farm blocks IN the water (not ON the water), and then a wall around them the mobs could not jump.
What the heck is that vegetable looking zombie with the bright green skin XD
First pic? Just a normal zombie with hat and shoes. Extra tall, and with a face due to my resource pack.
Nah thatâs a very angry pickle.
Glad to see you made it to your island! Let me know when you get a base going and Iâll set you an icon on Dynmap to establish your claim!
You can also claim chunks in FTB utility controls in the inventory screen. Be conservative. ;]
This is why underwater entrances are so good. You can just dig over and have a different door away from where they gathered.
I just realised I never showed off the folder where I keep Devouring Darkness stuff (notes, diagrams, et cetera). Also, for the record, I havenât played in month(s?), I just remembered now.
Two of my power players just started their base. Itâs a race to godhood.
Well THAT is a dramatic way to put it. Also, a duo progressing really fast? Hm⌠what 2 Ukrainian brothers does that remind me of?
Well Botania does not disappoint. Itâs a real QOL boost to GT.
The terrashatterer pick mining 5x5 with fortune 3 is OP.
The orechid does not spawn GT ores, which is as expected.
Between terrasteel armor and a tainted blood amulet with fire resist, I feel like I can explore the nether now.
Warning: charging terrasteel pick is perilous. There appears to be a bug in this Botania where endoflames will consume the pick. Iâve had to replace a disappearing pick many times trying to debug why it disappears.
As far as I can tell, the pick doesnât despawn so it can be left charging. Itâs either endoflames or hopperhocks that cause it to instantly disappear. Charge it far away from other flowers.
I havenât really âplayedâ Botania apart from the basics, do you seriously need to have Items on the frikkin ground to do things like charging a Pickaxe?! Even Thaumcraft has Pedestals!
You toss the pick, or rings, or mana tablets into a mana pool to let them charge. They wontâ despawn normally. Only things like a server side cleanup normally kill them. Somethingâs odd about the flowers causing it, but I canât find any bug reports for this old version that describe the issue.
Terrasteel pick has a wooden handle. So itâs flammable. I almost always play with gregtech, so Iâm not sure if itâs gregtech feature, or not.
Yeah, livingwood. But itâs a Terrashatterer! Blah.
WAIT WHAT?! So you are telling me that the Terrasteel Pickaxe being a Furnace Fuel due to its Wood Handle causes the Flower to consume it like it is some piece of Charcoal or so?
Guess I need to fix that one, lol.
Edit: If you want to try it out for yourself if that fix works, here you go:
This Version should probably be working for you. ^^
(note 1: The scary sounding Description is only there to make sure people donât use that Version lightly.)
(note 2: if you use this Version more often, make sure your Browser didnât cache the Download)
I didnât consider it a GT issue. I was referring to the Terrashatterer, which is the fancy Botania pick, not a GT pick made of terrasteel.
