I was playing gt6 and tried to break boat with gt6 axe. I broke the axe on boat. After making something with this slot of inventory axe appeared with damage as before breaking it.

Vanilla Bug, cant fix Network Desync Issues with your Inventory, and yes Network Desync happens in Singleplayer due to the way MC is coded.
