Well we knows that gt6 machine can only I/O fluids though pipes connected to machine. I wonder that , why we didn’t let fluids directly goes into machines ,just pick up a barrel and click that empty slot, and fluids in the barrel come into that slot
I guess: there are some technical issues? or did it seems a bit of odd?

That would be too easy 
Also Fluid Tap and the Tiny Funnel, as well as the Gas Nozzles already let you rightclick them to fill whatever Machine or Drum is behind them.
