When the hammer is placed on the anvil, clicking the NEI button at the same time will cause a crash

1. That is InventoryTweaks crashing, maybe remove that terribly coded Mod, because I can do absolutely nothing about it.
2. For the ones that say it freezes them, it does lag quite a while when generating Recipes on the fly.
