Wirelamp? Is that really a wire light source? Could 16 be the light level?
No idea what bandwidth means.

1 Signal can be transferred, that’s why Bandwidth. I originally planned a 16x Bundled Wire, which did not really come to be.
16 is the distance at which it will lose one level of Redstone signal, yes.
And the Light Level equals the Redstone Level that goes through the Wirelamp. It even works when the Wirelamp is covered in CFoam!
