The key is that there is only so much buffer in the hopper, and now it is filled with less than 9 tiny ores - how can this be solved? There is no larger hopper available.
What I hope for is a safety measure where even if some parts are stucked, the rest can still function normally. This is better than worrying that once something goes wrong, it will mess up the entire ore processing line, as no one wants to keep worrying about this situation.
