Okay does this persist upon restarting the Game?
Is this actually the Material that the Crucible will output?
Did you hit the “Usage” Key on a Pipe that had a Cover on it? That might be the Output of a Pipe with a “Cover” on it, which somehow got cached.
The Pressure Valve Nozzle thing IS a Cover by the way.
