You said in Bear’s stream that silk touch increases the chance of better diamonds from small diamond ore. How is that? Silk touch makes the block itself drop rather than the diamonds.

In case of small Ores, the chance of the Gem dropped having a higher Quality is double for Silk Touch, while Fortune is increasing the Drop Count.
