Throat still hurts but only in a way as if i ate a particularly sharp potato chip. Still annoying though. Edit: pain is gone now. (1 day later)
And they do put something between your teeth so you cant bite on it directly. Also the thing has a diameter of like half a centimeter, so quite the big spaghetti.
