I use Thermal Expansion Pipes just because it’s faster to set it up. This is not one of the problems.
Using GT Pipes will not change.

I may know why the engine won’t have this problem.
The engine stores a little energy.When TPS is below 20, this energy is consumed.But these energies won’t run out so quickly.It only stops working for a moment.Enough to replenish the energy when the machine is restored.But turbines don’t store.
This may be the reason why IC2 machines do not have this problem.
So, is it possible to add such a setting to the turbine?
