Cant get plastic from Oil,only fuel/gases and asphalt/paraffin. Something has changed? (latest gt6 version)

Yes. Get plastic dust by mixing ethylene/propylene with titanium tetrachloride (also needs magnesium chloride as catalyst). Get ethylene and propylene by steam cracking propane/butane, or hydrogen cracking fuel or petrol.
