looks left and right uhh totally not because I cant set Fluids to 0. But lets just shrug it off to Catalyst Poisoning, and because of Balance, so you dont have to do much to keep it up but it has to be done from time to time. Not like it couldn’t be automated. 
As for the Dust, I cant just subtract partial amounts from it to let it do the same so, that would be a technical limitation. And using 1/72nd Piles of Dust would still be too much of a Loss.
