Have you tried checking if the IDs are in the configs? Maybe the Configs somehow changed after starting the Server.
And did you make sure that both the GT Version and the Forge Version and the IC2 Version are identical between client and server? I know it sounds stupid and impossible, but I cant really give much advise apart from doublechecking. ^^
