Since this is not GT6, I fear that we may not help you much, but you can try another pack like GT community pack for 1.20 (a pack that has minimal mods and modifications to GTCEuM) and see if the bug is still there, so you can at least determine if it is ATM9 bug or GTCEuM bug. If you want to be more advanced, you can try disabling mods and see if the bug persists to maybe find the culprit, assuming that this isn’t a GTCEuM issue.
