Run redstone wire over all of the molds and run a line down onto each mold with a wirecutter, slap a cover on the end of the wire and a button on that cover. Hit the button and pulse the cable everytime you want to fill the mold and if there is enough material it’ll fill. Add a hopper underneather to collect it once they cool enough.
