I guess I forgot to re-add quests when I changed LV age process, sorry.
I fixed quest database through online update.
There are two ways for getting latest quests. Please choose the way you want. 
- Re-install pack
- or Delete “(pack path)/local/client/questDB-crypted.zip” and re-launch modpack
If you did this and you still can’t find this quest again, please use ‘/bq_admin default load’ to load latest quest database.
