It is purely Forge. Your Mods are not relevant to this. If anything your Computer itself might be the Issue, if it is not fast enough there is a random chance this happens. But dont go around blaming random Mods for Lag because it is the pure amount of Mods and not the Mods themselves doing your Computer a slow.
