No that is NOT your issue, your issue is literally the modpack ITSELF, you CANNOT fix it, i repeat YOU CANNOT FIX IT, do NOT wreck your everything (save file) based on the superstition that it might work, its RANDOM i repeat it is RANDOM!!!
unless with on the machine you mean your PC, in which case, it might work but very likely will not.
