I was able to recover my world by loading a backup. I only lost the last 20 minutes of playing. Here’s everything I tried:
Reinstalling Java, Reinstalling the mod pack, Creating a new world then going back to my old world, copying files and folders from a good world to my bad one; none worked.
Loading the backup did work however
