As my progress going so far,I tried to made a electric wrench
But realized there is also durability of it
I use cobalt as a tip and just realized this
I just want to know how this mechanic work

It will very slowly lose durability until it breaks. The battery will discharge frequently requiring recharging.
The key is that the durability of electric tools first comes from battery, and so they are very long lasting.

So TL:DR
when using the electric tool,it will consume battery and having some chance to consume it durability at the same time
But it still last long enough than normal tool
