if I trying to harvest this red cable. my droppers do 2-3 times clicks.
I tested with a regular Redstone line. that’s doesn’t happen

Uh what is the actual problem? Block Updates happen as needed.

The same won’t happen with Project Red cables.

It’s block updates, not the power. Vanilla droppers will drop an item if they are powered anytime they get a block update. If they are powered with no block updates they won’t drop anything, you can swap the power all you want but if you do it in a way that doesn’t cause a block update they won’t do anything. They are programmed, for some crazy stupid reason, to drop anytime there’s a block update if there’s power to them.
