Never used ChromaticCraft so I can’t compare but possibly based on it. Alfheim is in Beta so I guess there was more planned, but I don’t think it’s being regularly updated anymore. If I recall there is a way to build a doorway between dimensions but the materials required to build a doorway back to the overworld are super difficult to get a hold of in Alfheim as I recall. Should be a book or notes you get when you start describing it.
