Recreating areas generating desert temples without loot chests even if I never founded them before. I have to delete existing regions sometimes bcoz my game crushing on Pojav and this is breaking my currently generating areas, but after that loot chests are not generating

Unfixable, this is a vanilla Issue, sorry that I can’t help you with that. Maybe you could delete all the Structure Files too and it will regenerate, but other than that I have no idea what to do about this.
