I did not add all of them at once. It had gone very well for most of the batches, and it only broke on my last batch. The mod causing the problem seemed to be advanced rocketry. Also I cannot add them one by one because it takes an hour to load the game and I am adding so many mods, so if I were to do that, it would take weeks.
