Then why do you put GT Tools in there? You are aware I cant prevent you from putting them into other Mods Blocks right?
Also wait a fucking second, Gregtech for 1.12.2? I do not think any of the GT Port Devs is on my Forums so I cant help you with their Ports, I only do GT6 for 1.7.10. I messaged some people on my IRC Channel, with a link to here, so maybe they can help, but dont get your hopes up too far.
