i think this cover working incorrecly.
because when machine processing something already
and nothing in INPUT slots.
this cover keep emmit REDstone signal until machine stop all processings

100% correct behavior, it clearly is possible to run the Machine if the Machine is running at that moment in time.

ok. but cover also started emit redstone when machine has get something for Possible start.
and when input slots have nothing in matching recipes should be no possible=no redstone.

@Gregorius But this will also lead to a problem: I use a possible activity detector cover plate and a redstone switch to control my titanium process automatic igniter, which will not ignite naturally when there is no material, but when it is started once, the burner mixer will continue to ignite when it is running, resulting in a waste of energy.
Can you add a mode that can be switched, such as “only redstone signal is sent when it can run but it is not actually running, and redstone signal is not sent when processing” and “redstone signal is sent as long as it can run whether it is processing or not”?

Doesn’t Redstone exist for a reason? This seems to be an optimization Issue on your end.
