Yep, it is a weird Bug I cannot get ahold of. Sometimes a Chunk decides that the global Block ID Map is not the same and just changes all Modded Blocks no matter which, into an RNG mess. In this case it turned Buildcraft Oil into some random GregTech Block…
I have no Idea how to fix this and I think this is not even a GregTech Bug in the first place…
