Sulfur-acid washing is somewhat possible before aluminium. Vitriol electrolysis requires 64 EU/t. So it’s either LV or MV electrolyzer. LV electrolyzer can be powered using 2 dynamos and 2 invar diesel engines. And a single cable. This way electrolyzer will get 42 EU/t (minus cable loss) from each dynamo. That is more than 64 EU/t total, so it will run.
I used stainess steel tank as an input buffer.
