A Question about GT Config

I discover this part in config/gregtech/worldgenerationew.cfg

general {
I:AmountOfCustomBedrockOreSlots_0=0
I:AmountOfCustomLargeVeinSlots_0=0
I:AmountOfCustomSmallOreSlots_0=0
B:AutoDetectPFAA_true=true
B:GenerateInfiniteGasSources_true=true
B:GenerateInfiniteOilSources_true=true
}

So is it possible to customize ore veins in the config? If so, how?

Just increase the amount of “Slots” and then start the Game again to generate the Lines corresponding to those Slots. They all have Custom in their Names, making them easily searchable.

Thanks! Also, how does GT classify other dimensions as different kinds of planets? I notice that GT automatically classify some dimensions I added as “moon” or “mars” or “planets” in the worldgenerationnew.cfg. As a result, I can discover a lots of weird composition GT5-3x3 Chunk generated ore veins in the dimensions, which are quite annoying sometimes. Is it possible to shut it down by removing it from moon and mars and planets classification Lines?

Another quick question: Does GT Large Ore Vein generation conflict with Custom Ore Generation?

Oh that is simple, Galacticraft Dimensions are Planets, everything else is Dimensions.

And what do you mean by “conflicting” with Custom Ore Generation?

Nevermind :laughing: I fixed it myself.

Well, the dimensions I used are from Advanced Rocketry. Still, they are classified as Planets and Moons in GT’s Worldgen config. That’s why I am a little confused :sweat_smile:
