As for that Pipe, if it is a normal Pipe there might be leftovers inside the Pipe that keep flowing slowly.

So do you mean that fluid leftovers flowing in a pipe keep the chunk loaded?
I’m thinking about using this as some sort of weird but cheap chunk loading device.
